Upload an Excel file and the tool works through it in stages. It blanks the naming fields in the workbook's document properties — the author and last-modified-by names plus the title, subject, description, keywords and category fields — so the sheet no longer identifies who produced it. Creation and modification dates and any custom document properties your template carries are left as they are, so check those by hand if they matter. Column management then adjusts widths, hides or renames columns and standardizes headers, and font normalization brings every cell to one professional typeface and size. The finished file downloads directly or is sent on by email.
