How It Works
The tool processes uploaded Excel files through a multi-stage pipeline. First, it strips all embedded metadata (author, company, comments) that could reveal the document's origin. Next, column management adjusts widths, removes unnecessary columns, and standardizes headers. Font adjustment normalizes all text to a consistent professional typeface and size. The part number enrichment engine looks up RAM module and storage drive part numbers to add manufacturer details and specifications. Finally, the rebranded file is either downloaded directly or sent via SMTP email to specified recipients. Batch processing handles multiple files in sequence with progress tracking.
