Bulk Service Tag & Serial Number Lookup - Dell, HP & Lenovo Batch Excel
Batch-Decode Whole Pallets: Dell Service Tags, HP Serials & Lenovo Machine Types from Excel
Bulk lookup is built for the ITAD receiving dock: when a pallet lands with hundreds of mixed Dell, HP, and Lenovo machines, nobody wants to type service tags into vendor sites one at a time. Each of our manufacturer lookup tools accepts an Excel file (.xlsx or .xls, up to 16 MB) with a column of identifiers and processes the whole batch in the background: a Dell service tag bulk lookup returns the product name and product line for every tag; a Lenovo batch lookup turns serial numbers into the 4-character machine type (MTM), full specs, and warranty status with end date; an HP batch lookup resolves serial or product numbers into model and part-number data. Results download as a formatted Excel report with one row per device, ready to paste into your inventory or resale workflow.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many service tags or serials can I look up at once?
There is no fixed row cap — the limit is the 16 MB file size, which is far more than any realistic pallet manifest. Batches process sequentially against the manufacturer's data, so very large files simply take longer; progress is shown live and you can cancel at any point.
Can I bulk-check Lenovo warranty status?
Yes. The Lenovo batch lookup returns warranty status (in or out of warranty), the warranty end date, and the coverage type for every serial number in your file, alongside the machine type and hardware specs.
Does the Dell bulk lookup return warranty information?
No. The Dell batch report contains the product name and product line for each service tag — Dell warranty data is not currently part of the output, and we would rather tell you that up front than promise it and not deliver. For Lenovo devices, warranty status is included.
Do I need an account to run batch lookups?
Yes — a free account. Sign up takes about 20 seconds, and the Dell, HP, and Lenovo lookup tools (single and batch mode) are all part of the free starter toolset.
