Resale Readiness Score

The scoring engine weighs each component according to how much it actually drives resale outcome for that device type — battery health matters for a laptop and not for a rack server, so the two are scored on different mixes. Health scores are imported directly from PXE boot health checks or entered manually. Market value is entered manually; the automatic lookup button is present but does not currently return a price, and a missing component is left out of the weighting rather than counted against the device. Cosmetic condition uses a 5-point scale from Excellent to Poor. Each component generates detailed reasons explaining its impact on the final score. The recommendation engine applies your organisation's thresholds and provides actionable guidance for each disposition path.
